1. How do I place an order online?
You can place an order by browsing our cakes, selecting your preferred size, flavour, and design, then adding it to your cart. Once you’ve reviewed your order, proceed to checkout to complete your purchase.

2. Do I need to create an account to order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders, save your details, and enjoy exclusive offers.

3. Do you offer home delivery?
Yes, we offer delivery within our service area. Delivery fees vary depending on location and order size.

4. Can I pick up my order instead?
Only Celebration Cakes are available for collection, you can choose the “Store Pickup” option during checkout. You’ll receive a notification when your cake is ready.

5. Are your products suitable for people with allergies?
Unfortunately not, due to being produced in a kitchen that handles all allergens, we cannot guarantee any allergen free products.

6. What if there’s an issue with my order?
Please contact us immediately with your order number and photos if applicable. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
7. When will my order be dispatched?
Our processing time is 1 to 2 working days (weekends & Bank Holidays are not working days).

8. How should I store my treats when they arrive?
These delicious treats have a shelf life of up to 7 days if kept in the fridge in an airtight container, which keeps them fresh for longer! They are best consumed at room temperature though, so remove from the fridge 30-60 mins before tucking in.
