1. How do I place an order online?
You can place an order by browsing our cakes, selecting your preferred size, flavour, and design, then adding it to your cart. Once you’ve reviewed your order, proceed to checkout to complete your purchase.

2. Do I need to create an account to order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders, save your details, and enjoy exclusive offers.

3. When will my order be dispatched?

Our processing time is 1 to 2 working days (weekends & Bank Holidays are not working days).

4. Do you offer home delivery?
Yes, we offer next day delivery within the UK.

5. Can I pick up my order instead?
Only Celebration Cakes are available for collection, please contact us via email to discuss.

6. Are your products suitable for people with allergies? 

Unfortunately not, due to being produced in a kitchen that handles all allergens, we cannot guarantee any allergen free products.

7. What is your Food Standards Agency hygiene rating?

We're very proud to have achieved the highest rating of 5* from the FSA.

8. What if there’s an issue with my order?

Please contact us immediately with your order number and photos if applicable. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

9. How should I store my treats when they arrive?

These delicious treats have a shelf life of up to 7 days if kept in the fridge in an airtight container, which keeps them fresh for longer! They are best consumed at room temperature though, so remove from the fridge 30-60 mins before tucking in.
